I am functioning as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. I am bringing to this position, years of experience as an IAS Officer in various Departments of Government of Karnataka, especially as Principal Secretary of Industries, Commerce and Finance, and Chief Secretary to the Government of Karnataka State.
I also had experience in public life as a member of Legislative Assembly and as a Cabinet Minister of the State of Karnataka. I am proud to be associated with the Company as it has been following transparency and integrity in all its dealings.
